The apartment has two double bedrooms for four people, plus the ability to serve of up to seven people with a double sofa-bed and folding bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms, both with shower, one is ensuite and the other which is independent.

Each bedroom has its own hot/cold air-conditioning unit.

There is plenty on offer in the neighbourhood of the Las Arenas Garden apartment where you will find a large array of cocktail bars on the seafront and some of the best paella restaurants anywhere on the Paseo Neptuno, just a short walk across the road.
